Just got the front windows tinted and the guy was pitching the front clear protection for the car.
He said "black is not a color, it's a hobby."
So true. Right now our new RX is a distinct road grime gray.
what # of tint did you have put on. Back seat windows were not done? Its got a darker gloss from Lexus but its not a tint. Should have mine done ( wife's) in next week or so. Having the front, back + front windshield-- Air80 is what's used. He recommended Air80 for back windows also since it already has a darker shade from Manuf. But they aren't UV protected from Sun.
I love the Nightfall Mica! My 22 RX 450h was Nightfall Mica with Birch interior. I traded for the 23 RX 350h in Caviar, which I love, but I do miss that mysterious, ever-changing, blue.

I just want to thank everyone here who have helped me so much researching for and learning about my 2023 RX350 Luxury. I spent way too much, but have been absolutely thrilled since picking it up Wednesday night. I got Nebula Gray Pearl with Peppercorn Interior. Absolutely love it. Smooth and so quiet. This is my first Lexus and my previous car is a 2001 Honda Accord with only 170000 miles. Just couldn't get rid of it because it still drove great. Anyway, thanks again for all the wonderful discussion on here, helpful hints and great moderators. I check this site several times a day and am looking forward to being part of this community. So excited about my new vehicle.

Looks like I'm switching Forums, from 4th Gen RX to 5th Gen RX. I just picked up a 2023 RX350h today. Traded in the 2018 RX350 with some remorse. The 2018 was built in Japan and never once had a problem in 68,000 miles. It had a few trips to the dealer for the 2 free services, the fuel pump recall and some regular maintenance work ( brake fluid, transmission fluid and coolant replacement ). I did the oil changes ( 20 in all ) and the spark plugs. Anyway, here is the info.

5. non-Sport model
The Wife is very happy with the new RX350h. I got to drive it home. Very impressed. Didn't really miss the V-6. We waited almost 5 months for it to arrive but it was worth it.

Welcome FlopTop04! I too, just made the switch when I traded in a 22 450h for the 23 350h. And, like you, I don't miss the six-cylinder. Nor do I miss that awful touchpad. Nightfall mica is a great color. You will get lots of compliments on it.

Thanks! The wife was ready for something new after having a couple of Gen4's ( a 2016 and 2018 ) for 6 years. The new technology is amazing! I really like the Nightfall Mica color and with the Macadamia interior it really pops.

New Lexus owner coming from a long time Toyota family. We love our RX 350H Premium Package Eminent White Pearl with Black interior (back up camera cleaner, cold weather package with windshield wiper de-icer, digital rear view mirror, 14" screen, power rear door with kick sensor, traffic jam assist, heated wood and leather trimmed steering wheel, cargo mat/cargo glove).
Amazed by the super smooth and quiet ride. Shocked when we got 44 MPG on a short road trip through Southern California traffic. The Traffic Jam Assist automatically kicked in and did a great job adjusting to the flow of traffic. However, I still need to build some trust with this feature.
It was worth the 6 weeks for delivery. Stress-free experience and fair price with South County Lexus in Mission Viejo.
Thanks to all the information on this forum which re-enforced our decision to purchase the RX 350h and is enabling us to enjoy our car, rather than trying to figure it out.
That is a beautiful color combo. Looks so similar to my 22. It was Nightfall Mica with Birch. But it's really hard to tell the diff between Birch and Macadamia. I hope you and your wife get lots of safe enjoyment out of it for years to come.
