I picked up my RX350h 2023 on 1/23/23. Premium with 14" screen. Caviar with black interior bamboo trim. Only done 50 miles on it so far and am loving it.
Waited for two months after booking it and was glad that it arrived finally.
Had two questions - The fuel gauge does not seem to be moving. The Lexus app on my phone shows 421 miles remaining but the gauge is still showing full. Is this a problem?
Also the driver side mirror is greyed out- Is it due to the auto-dimming feature and if so is there any way to turn it off?
If the dealer gave it a “good” fill up, you probably won’t notice and fuel gauge drop in just 50 miles. Sounds normal.
i dont think auto dimming is connected to the driver’s side mirror. I’ve never heard of that being “grayed out”.

the drivers side mirror does auto dim. When I am in the sunlight, it goes away. I think it might be linked to the headlights being on?
I'm just shy of a week into owning my 2023 RX350h Premium+ and I love it. I traded up from a 2021 RX350.
1. RX model - RX350h 2. Navigation or no navigation - Yes love the 14' screen 3. Color or the exterior and interior - Matador Red Mica with Black leather and black open-pore trim
4. Option Packages - Cold area package with windshield wiper de-icer, digital key (which is working after calling Lexus for assistance), 21-in 20 spoke alloy wheels with dark gray metallic and machined finish, 10-inch Heads up display, Pano glass roof and roof rails, power kick sensor, traffic jam assist, door edge guards, cargo net, illuminated cargo sills, mud guards, all weather floor mats and side puddle lamps.
Seeing that others have mentioned this: of the 5+ dealers I spoke to in the Maryland, Virginia, Delaware area, the only dealer that wanted to mark up the sticker price was Lexus of Towson Maryland. All the other dealers were going with list price. Needless to say, I didn't pay Towson's $3k markup price.
Greetings all. I am waiting on an RX350h. Asking for White with macadamia/bamboo interior. Premium Plus with ML, HUD and Pano. Will see what they find! These forums are great to share information for impatient people like me!
Curious...did you get any type of protection for the interior since it now has suede on the seats?
Naah. If really wanted that, I could buy a $10 can of Scotchguard, which is all the hyped-up dealer thing really is anyway. I do, however, only buy vehicles with dark interiors. In the end, unless you totally abuse an interior, they hold up fairly well for the period of ownership I do. I'm not sure that any of the "protection" things really do much.
Hi! Picked up my 2023 RX350 Premium + yesterday and I’m so excited! Nebula gray with palomino interior. 21 inch wheels, HUD, digital mirror, heated/ventilated rear seats, cold weather package and so much more. Replaced my very old, but trusty 2011 RX.
I feel like they should host a class explaining all the bells and whistles, cause I’m overwhelmed! 😝
