Here is the sticker. It doesn't say anything about Navigation. But the Android auto connection is seamless and pops right up on the car's center console as well as provides visual prompts to to the dashboard (e.g., right arrow at xyz street).

According to the Lexus website, every 2023 RX model comes with cloud navigation.
It may be that your vehicle is having an issue connecting to a 4G network perhaps? Otherwise it's certainly something for your dealer to look into.
One thing that comes across clearly in this forum is that the amount of technology this vehicle imposes on the driver makes for a very steep learning curve. Plus some aspects of the technology are designed by someone with a completely different perspective. Too many safety messages and alarms can actually make it less safe, at least until everything is sorted out.
Picked up our 2023 RD 350H Premium about a week ago, did not have much choice on options due to allocations - we are loving it!

Bought our 2023 RX 350 AWD Luxury back in late January. Got lucky and dealer had this one show up off the truck the morning I checked to see availability. The owner it was destined for did not take the vehicle because of the towing capacity. Had all the features we wanted and more. Long time Toyota owners first Lexus.
