I bought mine on 12/3 from Santa Monica Lexus and did pay over MSRP. Early buyer penalty I guess. Not regretting getting this car. Been following the dealers here in So Cal. Most do not list the dealer adjustments on their websites. Lately some have been. Both of the dealers below are MONOGRAM dealers, so I wonder if they were forced to show dealer adjustments on their websites.
Jim Falk in Beverly Hills has added Dealer Adjustments to the prices on their website, which is good so that you know what to expect. The 2023 RX 350h Premium and Premium + are $3,000 over MSRP, with none for the Luxury model. I check because they have 68 350h models in stock now, I am sure a lot of them are in transit. With those many cars I assumed that this whole dealer adjustment thing would end. They have 112 gas models that are $1,500 to $5,500 under MSPR. For some reason some have no adjustments. They have 23 RX 500h models listed with a few with no markup but most with a $3,000 markup.
The other dealer that I have been following is Marin Lexus in the bay area. They started out very high over MSRP. As of today, they have 19 RX 350h models mostly with dealer adjustments of $3,000. The 13 gas versions are mostly $1,400 to $2,900 over MSRP. The 10 RX500h models are listed as $8,893 over MSRP.

Amazing how many of these they are sending to California and the sunbelt states, they are doing this because their market demand models tell them that auto sales in the northeast/northern tier of the country tank in the winter months. But of course with the mild winter in the northeast this year, that's not happening. With so many cars in stock, there is no way those ADMs will hold up. Just walk away and come back in 3 months. If you want to see what real product shortages look like, go to a Porsche or Range Rover dealer.

I was doing service in Lexus of Sacramento yesterday, was told that they took off all the dealer mark up for 23 RX model the day before yesterday. Gas 350 may can get a couple thousands off from msrp, but 350h will be still at msrp for now.

Here in the SC low country on 2.14, I was quoted a price of $62,723 for a 350h premium plus, which included a required useless "Enviornmental Protection" package for $1,699. On 2.17 the overall price, including the add on, dropped to $57,735. The difference was the "Market Value Selling Price," which dropped from $59,850 to $57,735.

This is a Pearl white car and I have no idea if it is affected by the same issues as the bright white cars

The entire month of February will see no cars? Well, there goes any chance of mine coming. I am not buying this supply chain excuse anymore - they are doing this on purpose to keep prices high and they never plan to return to having high inventory levels. I would walk on the deal, but every automaker is doing the same thing.

Yes, my local dealer just got 4 additional ones as well - but that's a small number, they should be getting a lot more per month.

Good deal, especially with northeast dealer inventories (the one I have been tracking) being low, they don't seem to be getting a lot of deliveries like California and the sunbelt states are. I think the Lexus allocation strategy lowers allocations to the northeast during the winter when auto sales are typically lower - but given the mild winter we are having here, that's not a realistic scenario this year.
