My RX350h was built in Canada in April. It only came with one FOB. Dealer wasn't sure just when I would get the second FOB.
I'm not in the Phase 1 or Phase 2 groups, probably Phase 4 and might get a FOB by Christmas.
We are going on a long road trip soon. I didn't feel comfortable traveling with only one FOB so...
The FOB's are available. This is a Lexus part a high-tech Auto Locksmith obtained and programmed to my RX. The key was cut and tested, too. I usually get a spare key/FOB with every car I buy so I can now calmly wait for Lexus to furnish the promised FOB.

I didn't get my second fob but I did get the cut key that will slide into it. That was available the day I bought the car.

I just wanted to say hi to everyone! Using this forum as a resource and after 3 weeks of searching and negotiating online and by phone, I was able to purchase an in-stock RX350h for my wife from Lexus of Beverly Hills. Actually my brother-in-law and I both bought one each on the same day. It was either a 2-car deal or none. Great experience and smooth transaction from Lexus of Beverly Hills. My salesman, Emir, mentioned that Lexus notified the dealership that it will ship out the 2nd key fob to owners this July. If you plan to visit Lexus Beverly Hills, please ask for Emir and tell him that the buyer he had to drive 3 hours in traffic (although only 50 miles away) to deliver the white RX for his wife made the recommendation.

Thanks.
P.S. I bought my very first Lexus at Jim Falk Lexus in BH. It was a gray 1999 RX 300. That was a great car.

Photos at the dealership and in our garage. I do not have the picture of BIL's black one. White color was not wife's first choice but she couldn't resist seeing it in person.

Picked up a 23 RX350h on Saturday that was delivered to the dealer the Wednesday prior. It still had one key fob. The sales person did mention some other cars on that delivery had two fobs, so expect it to come soon.

So that's an OEM Lexus FOB? Not an aliexpress knock off FOB? That must have cost several hundred dollars.
Good question. With all the knockoff stuff flooding the market you never know. The Locksmith shop did not have the FOB on my first visit. He had to order it. It came in the next day so it wasn't ordered directly from overseas. He assured me it was an official Lexus item. It feels the same weight wise so I opened it up. Below are some photos.
New FOB
New FOB
Factory FOB
Both FOB's have a Panasonic battery inside. The new FOB is a Denso part and has a slightly newer / higher chip number than the Factory FOB. I'm thinking it is a Lexus OEM part.
Cost was probably what a Lexus dealer would charge, if they would do it. I've heard they have a very limited supply that is to be used for damaged or lost FOB's only. I didn't ask the Dealer, just went to the Locksmith I've used before.
Total cost for the FOB, key cutting and programming was $395.
