Has anyone tried filing a complaint with their state's Attorney General's office? In the past, I've found them to be effective in quickly getting results regarding consumer fraud.
Where is the fraud? They put an actual sticker on the door saying your second key is delayed due to supply constraints.
I agree with this. It’s yet another pandemic-related annoyance that does not rise to the level
of fraud or seriously damaging anyone. The way it’s being handled is a black eye for Lexus, but there are lots of black eyes these days.
I recently took delivery of an RX 350h, and got only one fob. The car was built in April in Canada.
Did the dealer give you his take on when you would receive the second fob? I would be surprised if it arrived before Christmas. And congrats on your new car.

I think he said 1-2 months, but I don’t recall exactly sorry. He also said waitlist is now 1-2 years on RX 350h. I find both hard to believe.

Looks like someone on the NX forum got an email from Lexus regarding the second key. Seems to match the timing from the earlier post. They are in Phase 1 for July notification. Phase 2 starts in September.

Yes I wouldn't believe either. I know there are 2 maybe 3 350h on the lot and not sold here in Little Rock. And if you were given a key fob in "1-2 months" that would be ahead of when folks who bought their cars last December have been promised theirs.... September this year
