As you can see, our dealer here in Little Rock has 2: Iridium and black 2023 RX 350h Luxury in stock. I'm surprised that you all are having such a hard time finding them. You might want to give Parker a call. Hybrids aren't all that popular here in Arkansas. So they might have something coming in that is just what you want. You'll just have to arrange shipping or fly here and take a road trip home

White/macadamia I think is even harder, I am still waiting for mine. It also depends on which part of the country (US) you are in - the light color interiors are being allocated mostly to the south.

Well since the car wasn't produced/delivered until January, my "reservation" goes back even before that. So basically I have an "order" since the very start of this whole thing. My car was supposed to be built last week, I have the pre-production sticker for it - just waiting now for the actual car to hit the real inventory data and to get the real VIN, so I can track the transportation of it to the dealer.

I look forward to hearing from my dealer shortly about my first free service, since they'd obviously like to lure me into using them for service on an ongoing basis. I'll make it quite clear that as long as I don't have a second key, they won't be seeing me. (and to be honest, they probably won't be seeing me then, either....they're too far and too expensive)

Thanks. I will read it. My dealer promised my a second key within 30 days, and said it will be sent to me from Lexus. Hard to believe they would be lying about that. I have bought 10 vehicles from them, and it would be hard to believe they told me an outright lie.

Read the other threads here. It may be that current new sales like yours are getting the second FOB sooner than old sales like me (Jan 13th, still no second FOB). I don’t think the dealer is a liar, but they may not know or wanna know what’s really going on with the FOB supply issue.

Also note that leaving the app open all the time seems to drain the phone battery. I open and close mine as needed. On the one hand, it’s more work than the 1999 vintage tech FOB in my pocket. On the other hand, I’m in and out of my iPhone all day, every day, so it’s just one more thing I do with the phone.

Very very annoying. I wonder if Bulldog50 has checked back with his dealer to see if they still are promising a 2nd FOB in a month for his very recent purchase. Lexus has really dropped the ball on the way they are handing this. And the fact that they aren't tuning into Digital Key glitches makes it all worse. All of that being said, if this is the only reason that this will be your last RX, you might be throwing out the baby with the bathwater.

They don’t promise in a month as of last month. Lexus did put out that program letter with updated dates a couple months back. It’s in the second key thread.

Has anyone actually got the second key yet? I bought in December and still have not got one. Dealership and Lexus Canada just give runaround when I call. Same as in the states dealership will not give contact info for complaints with Lexus corporate

I'm not really worried about what Dealers are promising NOW. What I am worried about is the sticker on my RX, purchased in Nov 22, which clearly stated I would receive my 2nd key within a month. Toyota/Lexus knew at the time they were not going to be able to honor that promise. They intentionally deceived their Customers. Toyota, Lexus and even my dealer "ghosted" me when I started making inquiries. I finally got a letter, saying I MIGHT get a 2nd key fob in September.I received the letter after I wrote to my State's Consumer Affairs Bureau and my Congressperson. I have zero confidence that I will receive my 2nd Fob, in September.
