guess we have a road trip coming up! Though it's far from clear we'll ever get a second key offered to us. Anyone else actually get one, and if so when did you guys your car? We got ours in mid March. (told us they expected the second key in April or May, ha)

Wife is getting her 2nd fob in a few days. She called the dealer after receiving the letter in the mail and talked to 2 people who had no clue what was going on. After finally getting the right person they said they had to order it and would call when it was in. She got a call a few hours later saying they had it.

I bought in December. No second fob yet. Dealership last week said maybe a couple months.

I got the generic letter but not the personal one stating my key is now available.

We bought it at the dealer. They had just got the RX in.

I was told that my 2023 RX350 Premium does not have Digital Key access. Customer Service looked at my VIN and said my vehicle does not have access to this: even a subscription for it. Anyone else?

It's a $275.00 option. If your car wasn't built with the option you can not get it. The service is free initially to those that have the option, I think after 3 years we will have to pay for a subscription.
