The salesman clearly and explicitly said that I will receive an email notification for my second fob. I have been checking my email for months. Nothing. Thanks to you guys,I checked the Lexus app and there is a new message about calling the dealer for the second fob. Thanks again for helping me.

My app as well advised me and I got a notice in snail mail 3 days later. Nice to see the backlog is getting cleared up. Cheers

We got our second cut key at delivery to put in the second fob when you get it. Check your glove box or talk with the dealer.

The dealer can cut one for you based on VIN. Our dealer did that for us at no charge, since our RX wasn't delivered 'new'...had been used by the nearby Lexus Zone Office.

Got my RX 450h+ on 10/13/23 and received a notice on the app that my second key is available. Service person said it should be in tomorrow. Will set an appointment for next week.

Check the package you got from your dealer when you bought the car. Also maybe the glove compartment. You should have received the metal part that goes into your second fob and provides the "top" portion.
