Another interesting finding: Although my almost fully optioned RX350h doesn't seem to have the $200 power rear seat recline, it does have a manual (lever) recline. Not THAT big a deal either way, but I'm a lot less annoyed that at least a rear passenger can recline, even if they have to exercise some fingers to get there. The lack of power is way less a big deal than the lack of the main feature.

I love the look of the F Sport seats, but not the sitting. Did not find them as comfortable as the standard build. YMMV
