In Italy you can't chose other measurement of rims except 21 for luxury model

"THE BOOKINGS OF THE NEW RX HAVE BEEN STARTED
The new RX will be bookable by European customers from 1 June, with the vehicle expected to be delivered in early 2023.
In Italy, customers will be able to register their interest by accessing the lexus.it website and leaving a payment of €300 to book the car without restrictions.
Customers will be able to choose between RX 450h+ Plug in and RX 500h performance hybrid versions.
Booking will allow you to purchase the Omotenashi Pack at the price of €1,000, against a price list of approximately €4,800, which includes the winter kit with 21” rims and ordinary maintenance for 3 years or 45,000km with the pick-up service up & delivery directly to the customer's home."
