Did anyone measure the cabin noise level?

Intermediate
When I had my 2021 RX450H I noticed the cabin noise would increase substantially with the pano roof shade open versus closed. But overall, sound level was not that bad.
I noticed the car get noisier when my Michelins needed to be replaced and had to pop on Goodyears due to supply shortage. )-:
As for my 2024 RX350H with no pano roof, the noise level is the same as my 2021 except when accelerating. The 4 banger is clearly louder but that is the compromise for better fuel economy.
Also, I lived in Texas years ago, and they have a lot of cement roads due to expansive soil. Cement roads are a lot more noisier than asphalt. Car dealers in Texas seem to ensure the roads around the dealership are asphalt for test drives.

2024 Executive trim RX350h
Hii
did purchase with same based YouTube reviews indicating this quite cabin car , now I really hate this big metal due to loud wind noise
like other pointed , the dealer simply said it’s as per company specs ( 2 times visited with in 1000 kms)
location Toronto ,Canada
if I can get support ,open an petition to Toyota with petition signatures

Pole Position
Totally agree my 2024 RX 350h with 19 inch Michelin Primacy tires is significantly quieter than my old 2017 RX 450h.

Just did another ~700km trip yesterday with my Japanese made RX500h. Mostly highway. At speeds above 120km/h the wind noise in the cabin makes you look around if some window or moonroof is left half open.
Especially on winds from side which mix with the front wind load, it feels like the vehicle is being hit by wind punches, and I can even feel the front of car trying being pushed to get out of its line, which is little scary and you simply refrain from pushing the gas pedal more. This I believe has to do with the relatively thin wheels, which are only 235 wide. No car of this size and who claims to be speedy uses this width.
on another note, at 160 km/h speed, the plastic trim around the driverside front wheel well got out of its clip, and got bent. I stopped and was able to reinstall it. This happened due to force from wind traveling from front grill to front wheels. But for this small incident, I also blame the carcare firm who removed the trims and reinstalled for tinting the vehicle.
all what happens happens at high speeds. It is a comfortable SUV for daily driving compared to my previous, Maserati Levante. But above 120km/h this vehicle definitely has issues dealing with the wind.
I purchased some aftermarket fins and mirror covers hoping to improve wind performance, but I doubt a ~$100 purchase will fix such an issue.
I live in Turkey. Lexus is not a popular brand here and service techs are not much organized and knowledgeable. Weeks ago, I took the service tech for a drive and he literally told me “one gets confused if the wind is blowing inside or outside” and smiled. He said he will “check on that” but I am sure he is very busy dealing with the thousands of Toyotas they are selling every year.
I am not aware of an international contact info for brand’s customer service, and if I can I will definitely be reporting this to them for a solution.

My 2024 is really quiet. Has the 2.4 Turbo with 21 inch wheels. Noise level is the same at 65 MPH as 90 MPH. Very happy with the ride and lack of interior noise - whether wind or road.
