I found the owner manual PDF for the 2025 NX online (believe it’s US version), and it includes the AHS…unfortunately, it has the caveat, if equipped.

This is a must have for me in my next car! NOBODY FROM LEXUS SEEMS TO KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT IT!

US Government regulators are holding up approval. They have taken years to develop standards, and still, nothing. No one at Lexus or anywhere else knows if or when the US DOT will allow them to be sold in the US. There is a possibility (not a certainty) that triple beam US Lexus's might be reprogrammed to allow true Matrix, if the standards gets approved.
