I really like that! It is on your 2023 RX, correct? Where did you get it? Easy to install? I have the Lexus puddle lights now. They look good buy kind of small.

LexusAcc.com supplies them. You have to get the 'new model' version as they have two.
Super super easy.
They're actually pretty big, just looks small in photos.

Replaced seven between our vehicles and friends. I use a thin putty knife. Wedge it between the lens and door panel. Light twisting action and lens will start to pop out. Remove release white end of wire from the lens and reinstall in new light until it snaps in. Wedge back in opening and slightly push back in. Takes 60 seconds.

has anyone who is already in ownership of 2023 model had the Illuminated Door Sills be part of the RX350 Luxury trim that wasn't part of add-ons that were actually paid for.

I have that. Seems like a silly gimmick, to be honest. I certainly wouldn’t pay for these if they weren’t part of the package

Then all the add-ons are listed, your saying that nowhere does a price show for illuminated door sills. These are separate from illuminated cargo sills obviously.
