I got them on, took me around an hr and a half, straight forward, I didn't need to jack the car up. My car already have pre drilled holes, need to cut undercover liner, fold in and screw the boards in, torque spec is 22.1 ft-lbs. The installation instructions and screws came with the package.

No need to remove that and mud guard. The only thing you need to remove is one piece of plastic at the rear of each side.
Follow the steps in the instructions.

I installed mine from OEM on my ‘17. They are very useful especially with young kids. Can’t imagine life without them.

Yes, that is the rear end holes, the two front and middle have 3 holes covered by undeliner, and it have the cutting marks, the cutting marks are barely visible, recommend not to use power tool, you might tear the liner.

Thanks for your advice, i still looking for the front and middle holes, dealers install it cost few hundred dollars, maybe I just do it myself, i got all the tools ,do I need to lift up the car?

You might not need to jack up the car.
It is really easy, can't go wrong if you follow instructions step by step.
