They should have set it up so either the driver or at least the dealer tech services could change it. That feature in my 2018 RX350 was great. So far that's the only real issue I have with it as it comes from the factory. The buzzer (actually a chime) isn't too bad because it does sound different from the other alerts. Still rather have back the same strong response from the steering wheel though. Or what I like to call as the pasty skinned Irish American I am.....white people's problems.

Found it mych more easily going through a couple of great videos on Youtube by northside Lexus / their tech expert.

Interesting....thought the feedback from the steering wheel on my 2018 was great. Don't want something that's meant to be an alarm to be subtle.

I think it works well in my RX. More of a gentle reminder. It also reminds me to use my blinker of which I see less and less people doing.

l agree. The feedback on my 2019 RX was great. I can’t feel the vibration on my 2023 RX350, so I have been going with the sound which is annoying. This is just one of many features I don’t like about the 2023.
