Front and Back windshield washer dead?
My 99RX300 AWD: front and back washer suddenly stopped working… is the windshield washer fluid pump dead? Do they use the same pump or 2 separate pumps? Any fix? I wonder this is a pump replace situation or an electrical problem? Help!!!!

Stupid question but, do you have fluid in it?
It only runs 1 pump.
If yes then I would check the 20amp washer fuse located behind the coin box inside the vehicle.
We'll go further in diagnosing if the fuse is ok.

If you don't hear any humming.
Then your washer motor might be toast or a wiring problem.
First you have to get to the washer motor to check it.
Be sure to have a test light to check for power and ground(signal from the switch).
Pic 1 and 2---take out the 4 10mm screws/bolt, then fold fender liner out.
Pic 3---view of washer motor. 3 wires
Pic 4---Middle wire has constant power w/ the key ON.
Ground your test light and check for power.
Pic 5---Left side wire is the ground signal from the switch to the front washer.
I jumped the test light from the middle wire(power) to the left wire(ground) and turned the washer switch ON.
The test light should light up completing the circuit.
If all these checks good. Then you can assume the washer motor is bad.
Then your washer motor might be toast or a wiring problem.

I have the same numbers on my pump, but could not get them to come up on amazon to order a replacement. Where is the best place to order it and the correct number to order? Does the motor just pull out?

I got mine from the Lexus dealer,it was around 60 bucks. It just pulls out of the tank. I tried the Toyota dealer first,but they didnt have it in stock. It was like 20 bucks cheaper too.
