Two possible areas to check. One is a faulty brake switch in the cabin, and as I recall there is a TSB on this for the 04 models. Second possible culprit may be your battery, especially if you still have the original equipment battery in the car. Suggest you talk with your dealer about the brake switch TSB or some other Forumer may well have that info (try a forum search also). As far as the battery, suggest you have it tested. In our part of the US, we have Les Schwab Tire and they will test for free.

I already did the following TSB in 2005: SSC 4LH 2004 RX330 BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH
If I take it to the Lexus dealership, will they charge me anything to check the issue. Also, these warning lights don't come on as offen.
So you think having 35 PSI is not the problem?

We had the same issue on our used 04 RX 330 with 46K mile. An independent Lexus shop in my area determined that the brake switch was bad after reading the error codes, they charged us $160 to fix it. Our car also has an expired warranty. Based on the Lexus repair records for our vehicle, the brake switch was fixed in the past, so they told us that we would have to pay to have the brake switch replaced at a cost of $200.

That's what we thought, but, according to this Lexus dealer, since it was already done and the vehicle was out of warranty I was out of luck. You can call your dealer and find out what they say. Keep us posted.
