I just pick up an used '08 RX350 with 47,000 miles. I'm debating weather to I keep the Extended Warranty that I purchased with the vehicle. The company called Tech Serv (Old Republic Insured Automotive Services, Inc.). I paid $1,700 for 5/100,000 starting from the purchased date with $100 deductible per visit.
What do you guys think? Any recommendation. Thanks in advance.

I got a 6 year 70,000 miles Lexus Factory Extra Care platinum Zero Deductible Warranty for little over 800 dollars.
If your looking to purchase one. I highly recommand Jerry at Midwest Toyota.
Just send him your location of purchase, VIN and current miles to get a quote.

Get the Lexus Platinum Warranty. Good at any Lexus dealer. I have used it several times and I prefer the OEM parts. Here is a CL thread with a few names and contact numbers. I used Toby Rivers (Lexus of Shreveport) and it saved me almost 1K over my local dealer.

You can only buy an extended warranty at Lexus provided the vehicle is still under the existing factory warranty of 4 years or 50,000 miles. You are very close on miles. Lexus is notorious for introducing model years early. For example my 2007 entered service in late April 2006. If you decide on a Lexus Platinum Warranty you must act quickly.
