The dealer will have a master set of lock keys, they can check it out and order you a new one. Many members here are removing these lock keys and replacing them all with standard Lexus lug nuts. However I wouldn't do it if you are running custom wheels or live in a bad neighborhood.

I had lost mine and had to order a new key, but I had the original paperwork, which means that I knew the 'code' and 'number' of my key. They were very efficient in getting a new key to me ($14.99) within a week. You might wish to give them a call and see if they can help. [Maybe you can send them the old one and they can determine what 'key' it is?)
McGuard - 3875 California Rd, Orchard Park, NY 14127-4198 - Tel.: (800) 444 5847. Good luck!

Or you can take a picture of your lock and email to McGard, they will send you a replacement. I have done it. Quick and not expensive,

I don't want to have to tell you my experience. It was in the first few months I was in Mexico and realized there was no wheel lock to be found anywhere in the vehicle (and the used car dealer I bought it from in Virginia didn't have it), so we had to burn the locks off (heated them up just enough to crack them open without damaging the bolt). Toyota was actually not yet open at that time to help.

I suggest you do direct to McGard, assuming it is made by McGard. Quicker and direct cost. Send them an email, they will quote and then buy it.

Yes, direct is best. And you can call them and speak on the 'phone. The price of a new key is $14.99.
