I have assembled the Carista screen shots into one image so you can see what is available on a 2014 RX350. They were pretty small in photoshop so I didn't get them in the correct order but I hope you will be able to get an idea. I was happy to see NO FAULTS FOUND on an RX less than 6 months old.
I don't there is anything not on the Lexus PDF sheet and certainly not "Close all windows and sunroof on long lock button press"
Thanks very much for posting the screenshots, Tom558!
I see in one of the screenshots that the "Open windows and sunroof via long-press on remote" was available on your car... was the equivalent "Close" option was not available?
By the way, I'm in the process of adding a bunch of options related to the power operation of the tailgate. Should be available in a new beta version tomorrow. I'll post more details on how to get the beta-test version when it's ready. Stay tuned
Also, I'm glad to see that your ELM(-ish) device worked fine
No, the close option was not available. Our interest was peaked as it was shown in the examples you posted earlier but looking back that was a European version RX.
I didn't see anything new in these settings but it is nice to know that they can be changed by the owner and tested to see which way is preferred.

If that setting is indeed available for your RX, we'll find it and add it. Actually, if you could send us a debug data report, that will allow us to see the specific configuration of your car and check whether there are any other settings that we haven't added to Carista yet. It would be best to send that report with the upcoming beta version though, as it collects more thorough technical data (don't worry, no personal information is included in that report). I'll PM you about that tomorrow.
But just overall, the PDF for a 2013 RX with nav contains 30 settings, of which 18 are changeable via the nav. I counted more than 50 settings offered by Carista in your screenshots
I'll look forward to hearing from you. I'll admit I did not do a side by side comparison of settable features. I'll have to add that to my list of things to do. :=)
I agreed to do some beta testing for the Carista app and suggested the ability to print all of the settings so you could review them at your leisure and then decide what or if you wanted to change any of them. I was impressed how quickly he was able to make this happen. Here is the listing from our 2014 RC350

Thanks! The only one of those that's interesting to me is turning off A/C ECO mode, whatever that is.
Since the ECO dash light setting is available from one of the standard interfaces, aren't the other settings, as well? It's not a big deal - I have an ELM327 adapter I use with the Torque app to monitor and clear codes on my PowerStroke.

Some are user settable through various vehicle interfaces, some are dealer settable and some, according to Carista, are not officially documented by Lexus.
I like being able to see all the choices and how they are currently set from one place and being able to easily change the settings.
There were not many changes I wanted to make either, except silencing the park assist beeping when the RX is not moving and when it is in neutral. Handy for drive throughs and car washes.

ScaldedDog, since you have an ELM327 adapter already, just go ahead and give Carista a try. It's free to see what settings are available to your car. Does your car have a navigation? If so, you can go into the settings menu there and see what's available through that interface. You'll find that only some of the configurable settings can be tweaked there.
Let me know if you have any other questions... or post here - these folks tend to be very helpful
Tried Carista today with my 2010 RX350 and was able to activate auto opening power lift gate thru one click square button in the hatch ( not key fob) by changing rear hatch opening assistance to ON. also opening/closing windows/sunroof by holding button.
Maybe this is a dumb question: Does our 2013 have a power *open* rear hatch? It closes with power, but has to be opened manually. Does the setting vince22 mentioned control that?

The Carista is app is the coolest thing since sliced bread. My wife now has a lift gate that opens automatically with a touch of the outside button.
