Again personal preference, felt it mandatory for the added protection where my wife has to park on a daily basis.
Thanks for your comments.

After purchasing my Starfire Pearl 2010 Lexus Rx350 two weeks ago and a couple of dings, I just couldn't take it. Today, my Lexus dealer installed on my RX350, body side moldings PT29A-48111-10. Absolutely Beautiful. No more worries!!!!!!!!! Please check out the Lexus website - accessories - for a picture of the body side moldings. I paid $305.32 -- $172 for body side moldings - $115.32 installation fee. Good luck and enjoy.

Joeb, it's interesting to see yours with the side moldings since we have the same color. It looks good. But I still can't put them on. I like the clean door look too much.

Thanks,Anita.
It's funny but I like the RX's look more with the moldings.Probably the only vehicle I feel that way with.I guess it's because it has such a tall plain area.
I have them on my Camry and like the look better without them on that car.

Unhappy 2010 Lexus RX350 boby side moldings

The body side moldings that I had installed look different from the pictures. Are they aftermarket body side moldings. Please check out the Lexus website -accessories for the RX 350.

Hi!
The body side mouldings look fine on the RX, and hopefully it will help to prevent door dings from people who open their doors in parking lots with no concern for the vehicles parked beside them. I will be ordering them for our 2010 RX in Starfire pearl. I will also order the splash or mud guards which will help to keep the vehicle looking great.
Sewell seems to have great prices on both!
Cheers!

Could you please post pictures of your moldings. I looked at the Lexus website and they are different looking. Only one picture close up on the website. I would like to see a picture showing the whole vehicle. Thanks..

Oh no, those moldings with chrome inserts do not work with tungsten pearl. But I don't want to see them in any other color either.

Just say no to chrome.

Go with Dawn Enterprises moldings.
I was told by the dealer's installer who has done installs of products since '79 that Dawn has been in business for over 35 years and the moldings are the best out there.

Those chrome pieces are probably made by Dawn.Go painted by Dawn.
