Thanks to this exact thread, I was aware of sunshade situation and requested the dealer to throw it in at time of negotiation.

23MY when you build the vehicle on lexus.com in adding the accessories, the part was listed at $400+. Currently with 24MY it's listed at $504. This part should have been included on all RZs instead of being an option.

Aliexpress.com has several different sunshades for the RZ typically under $100

I got the official shades for $300 on Ebay from a Lexus dealership in AZ. They work good enough. It brings the tmep from ghost pepper to more like Taco Bell fire.

That is too bad. The right thing to do is for Lexus to do the warranty repair.
