My rear window shattered while driving last week. What happened to your window? Lexus corporate is refusing to pay so I am seeking an attorney.

Has anyone ever heard of or know of the sunroof cracking on the RZ450e? I have 4000 miles on the vehicle and the sunroof cracked. I took it into Lexus and they are trying to claim it’s due to a rock hit. There’s no impact damage. I believe its defective should be replaced by Lexus.Crack running down middle of window.
The glass extends far beyond the areas covered by interior trim, and likely hiding the source of the impact somewhere near the edge that you can't see from the inside.
I had a similar experience with my rear window behind the driver's seat. They refused to cover the cost of replacing my window. I'm currently seeking legal assistance because my rear window shattered while I was driving. This is clearly a manufacturing defect, and we shouldn't be held responsible for it.
You "clearly" like to jump to conclusions.
Rear windows don't usually randomly shatter on their own. Not without an external impact from some type of an object.
Replacement of glass is rarely covered under OEM warranty.
Attorney retainers are infamous for being way cheaper than insurance deductibles.
Attorneys love working for free. Especially on hopeless cases.
It's a hobby for them, not a job. I'm sure you will find someone who pays YOU to take YOUR case!
