As you've likely found out, the pictures from INside the car don't tell the full story.
The glass extends far beyond the areas covered by interior trim, and likely hiding the source of the impact somewhere near the edge that you can't see from the inside.

You "clearly" like to jump to conclusions.
Rear windows don't usually randomly shatter on their own. Not without an external impact from some type of an object.
Replacement of glass is rarely covered under OEM warranty.

Attorney retainers are infamous for being way cheaper than insurance deductibles.
Attorneys love working for free. Especially on hopeless cases.
It's a hobby for them, not a job. I'm sure you will find someone who pays YOU to take YOUR case!
