Default 3rd Soarer (SC) Cruise

We just had the 3rd Adelaide cruise, went well. Lots of hills meant lots of fun. 13 Soarers at the start, 12 went on the cruise. 1 went missing halfway after going to find a petrol station.

Sample pic taken at a stop along the way. The blue one is a Ford that tagged along for the drive.

That wouldn't happen to be the same blue ford owner with blond curly hair and blue eyes would it. hehe .

BTW I found the twistiest road ever today. I lost it in teh SC coming into the first turn too fast, but luckily I only slid out into level dirt ground! Funny too, because this whole road is surrounded by old-growth forest except for that one part . About forty or so 15mph - 25mph s-curves all downhill slopes for like 8 miles continuous! Pure joy!!!

Just to keep you keen!
These were taken by Toms co-pilot Tessa, making the most of opportunities where she didn't need to hang on with both hands :-)

Here you can just see the rich exhaust from the Twin Turbo in front as we power away from a stop.

Here we stopped to let some slower traffic get out the way. Hopefully I will soon have some more shots from other members, will post the good ones.

And the good news is, that while you lot start freezing your butts off, we are moving into summer, so lots of fast cruises coming up with hot dry sticky roads instead of the cold damp slippery ones we have had for the last 6 months.

Enjoy!

Yep, it's in between Redwood City and Half Moon Bay, connects HWY84 to HWY92 and PCH (HWY1) via HWY35 and dumps into I-280.
