Default Timing Belt/chain and others

I am getting a 92 SC400 next week, again. It has 200,000 miles on it but I am getting it for $4000 and it looks drives shifts and all around acts like new, besides the dash lights which I know are an easy fix.
My question is the history only goes to like 150000 miles and I would like to know when the timing chain or belts was last changed, I have the money and wouldlike to fix anything like this before they go out and then I don't have the money. How can I tell this and is there any other things I should think about replacing even though they don't seem bad ?
Thanks.

Check with a Lexus dealer - they may have more service history than the previous owner can provide. A search will reveal lots of info on this subject

The Lexus dealers around here brushed me off when I tried to call and find out. So I made an appointment for a oil change 34 bucks and they did the history and they threw in a complimentary 52 point ( or 50 something) for free and they listed everything I needed to replace.

For a 200K miles car, change the T-belt, water pump, cam seals, t-belt tensioners, caps and rotors, spark plugs and wires, radiator hoses, and engine belt also. then you'll be alright for the next 90K miles
