Thanks to ever one for the nice compliments. I can try to write a diy, but it was kind of difficult to produce. This is the kind of things I do for a side job / trade. You meet some cool people along the way.

[Here's my setup!:]
The Adaptronic EMS I'm using has a Vidigauge system which will be tied into the LCD touchscreen CarPC system
with a toggle switch. This is just a crude concept Photochop of the Vidigauge screen on the custom center console monitor.
I'll post pics when it's all put together and running.

Adaptronic Vidigauge features:
-Configurable display
-Infared remote control to configure
-1-7 Gauge display
-17 Variables including; RPM, TPS, MAP, Coolant temp, AFR, Trim, Idle control, and many more...
-Alternate backgrounds
-Multiple languages
-Large display for easy visability
-Composite PAL video output, and PAL S-Video (Y/C) Output
'The Vidigauge is Adaptronic's digital display for the 420 series ECU's. It's a live output controller unit, which can relay any internal readings from the Adaptronic, into 'gauge' type displays onto any aftermarket LCD monitor. This can ultimately replace a dash display in the car, and can show readings such as RPM, speed, boost pressure, Air/fuel ratio, coolant temp, for example. All gauge displays are switchable from a press of a button.' [-From the Adaptronic website]

Actually you can't get it. They're all made custom and from what you can see for most part doesn't look good. I wanted to put the gauges in a place where they're easily visible so I ended up mounting them on the steering wheel rack like so:
