Worth it to repair?

Worth it to repair?
Recently got into a car accident with my 1995 Sc300 5spd manual, and got hit decently in the quarter panel, I love this car and don't wanna give up on it. The axel snapped and the trunk is wonky now due to the impact. I want opinions on whether it is really worth repairing and fix, or do I part it out? Prior to this accident, I was planning on putting a VTX KBD kit on it that replaces bumpers and side skirts. Is it worth getting it repaired and at what cost do you think it would be? (My passenger side quarter panel is also damaged a little, but was planning on getting it fixed prior to this)

I’d personally make sure I got a great price for a totaled car and keep it moving.

As far as insurance is concerned, I'm sure it's totaled. But, just from looking at the pictures, the damage appears mostly "cosmetic," as in surface not structure. If you can find someone competent at cutting, shaping, and welding sheet metal, I don't see any reason why the repairs couldn't be done with everything else in place. The lower edge of the bumper and spats look okay, and everything above them is basically a sheet metal bubble.
If you were already planning on a body kit, maybe go bolt-on wide body to hide the repairs? A functional repair is a whole lot easier and cheaper than a perfectly blended one.

Sorry to see. If there's sentimental value, I'd fix it. The logical thing though would be to move on
Expect the repair bill to probably be at least $10k at a good shop. A donor would absolutely be required
The alternative would be to get another car and swap all of your good parts onto the new one. You would get spares out of it from dismantling your current SC
Good luck
