Hello I have a 1993 sc400 with a fuse broke off in the wiper slot of the kick panel fuse box. The old prong is in too deep to pick out with pliers. How can I remove the fuse box to get better access from the back or just out of that cramped *** foot well?

Try acquiring a computer or cellphone tool kit. Would have a variety of small tools and plastic wedges to assist in removing them. Of course remove the battery a day before so all your system is completely deenergized and you don't arc anything. As the saying goes work smarter not harder. Taking that fuse box apart will be a mission in itself.
