make sure the bulb contact points arent corroded, if you have had moisture in your headlights theres a good chance its rusted up.

The connector is brand new and i bought a new bulb im guessing its a bad ground i just have no idea where it is i cleaned the one ground off that was right next to the light but im not sure if that was the right ground for the turn signal

I fixed the issue. The metal prong in the connector housing was pushed all the way in. I used an Allen key to push it out further. I hope this helps anyone whose new bulb doesn't work.

Post Fix for blinkers not working 91-94

The car's blinkers will not work without the hazard switch plugged in. Before anyone goes out and tries to buy or fix the discontinued flasher for the 91-94, try that first. If your flasher still isn't working, I would recommend checking out KahnBB6's flasher relay rebuild forum, where he shows you how to make a harness to work with the 81980-34020 flasher. If you burn out your old one, remember to keep that discontinued flasher. Even if it's not working, it can be fixed, or you can get the original rebuilt by Relentless Motorsports TX for $200. I hope this helps anyone with the same issue.
