Default SC400 Ignition/Steering Lock Pin

Hello everyone

I really need some help from the old pros here. My ignition lock has engaged, and no amount of jiggling the steering or lubrication will get it to go again. It will turn to ACC but no farther. I had to get a tow. I believe my only option here is to disable the ignition lock, because I cannot afford a new cylinder. I was curious if anyone knows how to do this, or where the locking pin is located. I'm in desperate need of help here. Thanks in advance.
