So I bought a 93 SC300 today and drove the car home with no issues. When I went to get into it later on I put the key into the door to unlock it but the alarm went off and now the car won’t start. Any solutions?

When the alarm goes off - disconnect the battery, wait a few and reconnect the battery and it should start.
The alarm system disables the car for a short period of time. I had this happen to me a few years ago, I had unlocked the locked door with my hand though - the window was down.
I'm not sure why it would go off with your key though, hopefully it won't happen again..

The lock sensors are a common failure. They clip onto the back of the lock sensors and detect whether the door was opened via the key. If not, the alarm goes off and you have to disconnect the battery before it'll start. (If it's not a lock sensor failure, you should be able to just close and lock the door, then unlock it again via the key, and that should reset things.) They're a PITA to get to, so I wouldn't go to that trouble that unless it happens again.
