How come you want to convert an SC to RHD? Wouldn't it be easier to import a JDM Soarer as it's already RHD, and trying to do a one-off RHD conversion on an SC would cost more than an arm and a leg I'd assume.

i think it was for the skyline to switch it over to LHD it costed like..40,000$+

so...it won't come without CASH...plus it's pointless.

Why would you want to?? Driving on the wrong side of the car is dangerous. Trust me, I drove my car from England across to Europe, and it wasn't much fun. Not to mention, every drive thru window was on the wrong side of the car. Tolls, fast food, you name it.

oo it was juss a thought.. i thought it would be cheaper to convert to RHD rather than go through all the paper work and stuff needed to import a soarer

But why do you want to drive a RHD car on US roads? Because it looks cool? It's really DANGEROUS.

If you absolutely must do it, your easiest option would be a front cut and a transplant.

Parallel parking would be easier, but getting out on busy roads would be a real pain. Same with left hand turns; you would not be able to see the cars that are going towards you if a car on the opposite end is making a left turn.

it would look nice for a show car

There's is NO amount of paperwork that will get a JDM into the states!
There arn't any CONFORMED soarer's in the US!

Soarer007 had 2 legal soarers at one point. I've seen his car around AZ for a few years now.

Default BAZ, my Soarer is Conformed and I have all the paperwork to prove it!

The easiest way to do it is with a JDM half cut.

Default RHD SC

It's not easy to convert and it's dangerous because the firewall is different, you would need to get a firewall from a Soarer from a scrapyard that brings in JDM parts.
Good luck

the only part thats dangerous about driving the car are the knucklheads
who drive next to you and cant stay in their own lane while they are
fixated on you driving on the wrong side of the car.....!!

I have a grip of paperwork etc too that I got after the 3 months
paperwork, legalization was being done. Along with my new VINs

soarerownz, how much did it cost to go through all the paper work?? and what paper work was needed? converting my sc to a rhd was only a thought, because i assumed it would be easier and cheaper than importing a soarer and having to go through customs and stuff.
