kaminari kit?
I'm considering getting the Kaminari kit for my car since its 1) i like the way it looks - its unique but not as outrageous as something like a bomex kit 2) very few people have it (i have yet to see one with the full kit, other than promo pics) 3) it can be found pretty inexpensively.
i do know that someone on this forum with a black 92-96 SC has a kaminari wing - if you're reading this, how is the fitment and quality of the piece? does anybody else here have any experience with the entire kit, or at least the front lip?

They are fairly strong and the material is tick but I kept on breaking the front lip from going up on ramps and stuff.

Kaminari stuff
I have the Kaminari wing and side skirts. I don't have the front or rear bumper covers, but I do have pics of what I have. The wing fitment is good, and it looks bolder than stock without being too wild. The side skirts are very similar to the stock 97+ Lexus skirts. However, if you allow the doors to open fully ( past the last stop) it will touch. This has resulted in a small chip on each side at the point of contact. Hope the pics help. Let me know if you have any questions about it. Also, Phoenix88 has one. Here is the thread about it: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...light=Kaminari

thanks for the great info and pics everybody im definitely feeling the rear spoiler, but i have a stock 96 spoiler and from what i understand there are a couple of holes along the center area between my style spoiler and the trunk, in other words directly below the raised area of the kaminari kit. im not sure how accurate that is, but it probably means if i get the spoiler ill have to have the trunk lid repainted since NOBODY around here will plug the holes and paint it since its pearl (every shop ive gone to says they are only willing to repaint the whole piece).
