Don't some 97's (NAZTY97) have the 290hp VVT-i engines? I thought it was introduced halfway through the model year.

I don't believe mine has VVti,... I'm pretty positive of that,... it would say VVti on the engine, and if they were introduced half way through the year, I'd be suprised ( be a new one on me ).

Just from the stories you've told in the racing forum I assumed yours was of the VVT-i variety. Damn, Nazty you really do have a factory freak! Well, i guess 98 was the year.
