Your reply sounds like someone is trying to talk you into buying bigger wheels/tires. The original thread was started by someone who is interested in going bigger. Why are you taking this so harshly. Is it because you really want to go bigger but can't? Keep your 16's. We will love you still.
BTW there's not much difference in price between 16 and 17 inch tires. Overrall, prices are coming down now that manufacturers are putting performance tires on cars right out of the box. I 'm paying for 19 in tires what I paid for 16/17 10 years ago.

Yeah those E36s are like money pits, simply because the aftermarket for them is SO VAST!!! I was going to get one (96 328 5spd coupe) before I got my 96 GS, and after research, i had about 8-10 grand in mods planned before I even got the car!! LOL

The rims don't look bad, its just the name...

AMISTAD is made in japan, it is by NO means a cheap wheel. it's just that most O.Z. wheels seem to be overpriced in my opinion. both AMISTAD and O.Z. wheels are forged wheels, so they are both excellent choices.

Oh i am still getting them, i just bought a Porsche 951 Turbo instead of wheels for the SC so i put these off for a month or two
