Guys, I know you are going to say that I should search the forum and I will find instructions on what to do, but I've been reading for an hour and all I can find is people describing their door problems and no clear answers on what to do ( preferably with pics) or at least how to take the door apart.
Whenever I try to open the friver's door from the outside, it doesn't open like the door is locked (even though it isn't). I can open the door from the inside, but not form the outside.
Please help with an advice or at least give me the link with an answer.

I had this problem a couple of months ago. Once the door panel was taken off, I found out the culprit was a broken clip.
I'm pretty sure you can find it if you use the search function. When I conducted a search, I found a picture of clip from the dealer with the part number on the package.
If I come across the thread again. I will link it.

I will go to the dealer and buy that yellow tiny part from them beacause that is what broke.
Anyone can instruct me on how to replace it? I don't understand what was holding what when it was all working since I never saw it working.
Thanks

Once you get the door panel off, there should be a metal rod that runs from the locking mechanism to the back of the outside door handle. Snap the clip on that end of the rod, and the other end of the clip will secure to a mounting hole on the backside of the outside door handle.

Man, I am so pissed. I went to the dealer and bought that part, took the door apart, put the peace on there and everything seems to work fine. I put everything back together and I hear a poping noise and of course the handle does not work again. Took it apart again and the part doesn't seem to hold itelf in place. It snaps in alright, but once you start opening the door and comes back out. Anyone had a similar problem?
Did you replace it with the same part # from the ES model (69293-12040)? Did it work? I found this http://www.auveco.com/hni/hni-145wb.pdf and seems to look like the right part, but the part # is different.
Please help!

OK, after going to the dealer a again, and finding another part similar, I started installing it and now the metal rod broke off. Whew!!! What do I do now. It is probably getting costly now. Any ideas? What part am looking for now? I don't even know how to describe it to the dealer, not even to mention how to get to it to install it. HELP!!!!!!!

any ideas on what that part is called or the part # is? How difficult is it to install it? I don't think you can get to it just by taking the panel off...
