It says in your profile that you are a TAMU student, are you at the main campus or one of the satellite ones? If you are here in College Station, I would be more than happy to help you put on the exhaust (or any other stuff you want done) We just swapped the clutch in my wife's SC and it was cake...

Im at Texas A&M at Galveston (its the A&M maritime academy- if college station had a port we would be up there, but we are in galveston so our maritime cadets can work on our ship and travel on our ship- I still get the Aggie Ring (which I just ordered) and my diploma is a business administration degree from Texas A&M...- so Im still an aggie, but just down here- Galveston is the only campus besides the one being built in the Middle East that is really a part of Texas A&M, the other Texas A&M's are all individual schools with no true affiliation to Texas A&M College Station).-by the way, did I mention I work for the student relations office giving tours! lol.
The only reason I am having a shop do it, is cuz I had to get my current cat back welded off, and just figured I would let them do it... I do most of the work with my bros though. I have installed borlas (easy, just axel backs) , installed Daizen swaybar bushings, Tokico struts and Espelir springs, RMM intake, and an entirely new audio system... nothing MAJOR, but I know my way around an SC.

Ahhh ok, that answers why I have not seen your SC around town.
BTW, all of the TAMU system agencies and colleges do talk to each other, just not nearly as much as TAMUG. TAMUG is like you said, the only *true* extension of A&M and the only school in the system with that honor.
I work for The System Administrative and General Offices for the TAMUS Chancellor, so I know my way around the system too

Congrats on the purchase, Im sure you'll be happy with the exhaust... just watch those shins when you walk by the rear of the car =X. Did it come with the silencers? I heard a couple of members got the exhaust w/o silencers awhile back.
I have one request... next time could you have some hot chick holding your parts for you... (you know so we can see the size of the parts in relation to her) j/k

sound clips will probably be up later tonight...
240- I didn't know they talked much- but I do know that we get our funding from college station (which can be a pain, our budget is really low and we need more teachers and the school needs more buildings (besides the new engineering building that is in the process of being built)
On another note- I just got the car back, it looks great, however, it does stick out a bit far... ohwell, kinda VIP! it sounds awesome, really exotic at low rpms, with a great growl. and at higher RPM's it mellows out. I modified the system by deleting the center cat (a long time ago) it now has a y-pipe that has a flange that bolts up to the JIC exhaust.
(by the way, is it pronounced JAY EYE SEE or jic )
