Default Front Lip Spoiler

Hello,
I am looking to replace my front lip spoiler (black plastic) for a 93 SC400, but when i contacted the dealer they told me they don't sell that part separately. Does anyone know who i can contact (i'm in the LA area)?
perhaps junkyards?? any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

They should sell that part seperately, it is about 400 I think, if I recall other posts. Lots of people just go and get the 97+ bumper.

Is the 97 bumper better or cheaper?

I think its more, like 600 vs 400 but you are getting a whole new bumper and it looks better, well sort of... more modern, can't say better or worse, SC is sexy regardless.

Do a search tonns of people have updated their SC.

The 92-94 lip is around 400 dollars, the 97+ bumper is $350 at the lexus dealership and $150-180 if you buy it online.

hrmm, actually the lip is more like $300-400 online....never even heard of a 97+ bumper anywhere near THAT price. 97+ is more like $600-700 online, and i sure wouldnt want to know the cost of these parts from my local dealership. if anybody knows of a place to find lip spoilers or bumpers at $150 please share

This guy claims this front lip spoiler would fit on the SC.
I emailed him, he said he's sold them before to SC owners, but doesn't have a pic
he claims no modding needed to fit on a SC

I'm tempted to try it. the supra's front bumper has a curve thats similar to the sc....
mayeb with a little modding it might work..?

yea, I saw that and I was interested

it sure does look great, and if it fits, that would be such a great alternative to the stock lips

Here are the links
The 1st link has the 97+ front bumper for 178 if I'm correct,
http://www.wholesalebumpers.com/

The second place I have heard sells it for $150 but your gonna have to call them and get a quote,

http://www.pepchrome.com/about.html

Hope it’s useful
