Well, we were going to wait to talk about our first time at the track, but there were alot of people at the track last night and we new it would come out anyway. I'm really happy about our first trip to the track. The car ran flawlessly. We did not change anything except tires to run. I wanted to see what it would do in basic street trim. It needs a softer rear shock/spring set up for better transfer and I need to remove the huge TRD front swaybar. The car weighed 3735 with me in it, it's the heaviest car I have run down the strip besides my 454SS. I only ran a few passes, just to see how it would run. There is a fine line between spinning or bogging it. My 60fts sucked, 1.64-1.69, I need to work on them. I think the car is capable of some 10.30-10.40s @ 142-144mph with the right launch.
I just wanted to thank Clint for the great video and selling this car back to me and giving me a "head start" on this project. Also Kean@ Boost Logic for great turbo kit and all the parts, Justin@Tunning Concepts for making it run like it does and Chris@Performance Motorsports for building it. From the first time it was fired, there were no issues at all. Chris is like the Coddington, Foose, Stiletow of Toyota cars...

Wasn't the most exciting vid in the world, but definately a great car and good run too! I'd love to see it getting down on some real cars it shouldn't be getting down on. Time for some kill vids

that is freakin awsome. im at a loss for words. a new suspesion is needed big time. that muffler tapped that ground and sparks went a flyin. i want to see it race some domestics just to see the faces of the people
