10.6@141 - World's Fastest/Quickest Street SC300
Congrats to SW's 97 Turbo SC300 for breaking the record for the Fastest/Quickest Street SC300 by running a 10.6@141 on it first pass and backing it up with a similar pass. There is still more in the car, it's just a matter of finding the best launching rpm as you can see it spun the slicks on the launch and then bogged some on the backup run.
The car is very quiet on boost (unfortunately you can't tell because of the ding-dang in the other lane.) and is running a relatively moderate setup with a BoostLogic GT71 Turbo kit as SW wanted to make it a realiable street crusier that wasn't on the ragged edge and was still quite enjoyable to drive. The runs were made at 29psi with no Nitrous.

Great run guys.... Congrats...the car looks like it could improve with some stiffer suspension in the rear? or maybe its just me....What type of clutch and lsd are you guys running? thanks...Once again great run....-pdang
