The question isnt if you can tow with your SC4 but its, should you. The thing is everything is all great until you're trying to pull out of the water and something goes wrong and your beautiful SC is slowly sinking into the water. Personally its just a risk I wouldnt be willing to take.

I've seen this many a time at the lake. Light truck unloads the boat just fine, but when if comes to pulling it out of the water, the whole thing gets pulled down the ramp and into the water.
