I was wondering if the ES300 black pearl emblems will fit my SC, minus the es300 badge, i am looking at getting a set on ebay, and i would use the front & back L emblems, and the Lexus emblem. I was wondering if the badges would match up to the holes on my trunk lid?

when I worked at the dealership a tech gave me a set of gold emblems for an ES300. It had two big "L"s One with pegs for the front, one without for the back. (to the best of my knowledge... I could be wrong) I know the word Lexus didn't have any pegs in it, but it adhered just fine to my car.

They're mounted with double sided tape and the pegs (some of the time). If you can get a good deal on it, I'd go for it and just be prepared if you need to do a bit of custom work to make it fit. It's nothing too major -- I'm sure if you can do a turbo you can mod emblems to fit correctly.

BTW i took my emblems off and painted them black about two months ago. Both my front an back L's have pegs, as well as the "Lexus" badge. I was more concerned about the size of the 2 L's. If they are the same size physically i will have no problem making them fit. I just like the look of the black pearl badges.

I picked up a silver ( L ) from the dealer. He didnt know what car it was from, but it was free. The emblem itself was about the same size as my stock one. The only thing is that the holes didnt line up exactly. I had to break off two of the pins to make it fit (or was it 3?? i just remember I left one pin on the emblem). It covered most of the stock holes. One of the holes is showing about 1/4 of the way, but is not noticable unless you look really close.
