Sorry if this has been discussed...but on early models I notice two differences in factory lips....I myself have the first one....then I see ones with the second lip which does not go across the whole front but just on the sides....why the difference?....and does LIP # 2 fit onto the bumpers with LIP #1?

Lip #1 is SC400 factory lip.

Lip #2 is not even a lip. It's what's under the 400 lip and just the lower part of the bumper. So if you don't have the lip (SC300), you see it.
