I hate ebay, but check this out: 2474214232 It looks clean as a ***** but I just can't believe this mileage...what's that come out to be? like a little over 3k a year?? 277 miles a month? Okay, who the hell owned this car? Hopefully someone with several other cars, otherwise there's no explanation for this mileage

I've seen it before. There was a 92 SC400 with 25k miles on ebaymotors a while ago. These people just garage their cars and drive out on sundays I guess. Nice car though.

you'll actually find alot of cars with incredibly low mileage. In fact, just yesterday I found an 88 Tercel 4-speed (I want to buy some cheap-*** for college) with only 10k miles, now that is insane. Alor of the time, its just some old people who drive it on weekend to Publix. That sounds like a great though on the SC

Interesting. That scares me a little, unless I knew the previous owner personally. I mean I know it's technically possible to have super low mileage but how the hell can you have one of these L-machines and not want to drive the heck out of it on the daily? I dunno, maybe it's just me but sometimes I'll jump on the freeway just to drive a few miles, get off, and turn around. I just like driving I guess...how weird of me...

without full entire dealer history, I am calling BS. Like I Said in Australia it is like an epidemic almost all soarers have dodgy milege readings. Or Kilometer readings of course.

I got my 95 3 years ago with 28000 miles on it. That's a little over 4600 miles a year. The service history was excellent. The car was owned by a lady who didn't drive much (the dealership knew her). Since then I have put about 6600 miles a year on it. It's a daily driver but I live close to my job. It won't be a daily forever. One day soon I'll get something else and the sc will be a weekend cruiser.

My mom has a 93 325is with only 53k on it. Its her daily driver. She drives 2 miles to work 2 miles home. So basically she puts in 20 miles to and from work for the week. Grocery shopping and errands is all within 5 miles from her house.

If a person live in a small town and older, they dont drive much. As driving enthuse like me and live in the big city, I put in a 100 miles a day easy.

Finding SC with low miles are not hard. I dont know what the hell people are thinking when they park there car most of the time.

I cant stand people who babie there car and not drive fearing miles go up and it depreciate the value.

Got my 92 SC400 with 43K two years ago. It still runs like a champ. I havent even reached 60K yet
So I think it is possible but very rare. Just be careful though.

A year or so ago I picked up a 95 SC400 with about 40K miles.. Some people just wanted them, then when they realized how much they could fit in them, used the SUV for the daily driver.

Just be warned, sometimes cars like and need to be driven. Having an engine just sitting for a number of years can and does occasionally cause problems.

It's possible.

My BMW (same year as the advertised SC) has only 54k miles.

My Dad's 90' Cadillac has only 56k miles.

For some reason, it's probably more rare to see low mileage SCs since most SC owners seem to have put plenty of miles on their cars.

The average SC owner who could afford to shell out 50K for a personal luxury coupe in the early 90's probably had several cars in the stable. Therefore, when looking in the used market for high end vehicles, you will likely find a few that are mint with low miles. I picked up my '95 SC 4 with 45k on the odo less than 3 yrs ago.

Indeed.

But the funny thing is, there are also a lot more SCs with ultra high mileages compare to other makes and models.

For example, you do not see many other cars made within the last 10 years that go over 120k. The SCs, on the other hand, seem to have a great deal number of owners who had logged more than 150k miles on them.
