Default Integrated phone

I did some searches and didn't come up with anything....

My problem is the phone on my 92 sc won't turn on. It's not hooked up to a phone company or anything, never was...but before I was able to press the power button and it would turn on and i could see the display and everything worked (except i couldn't phone anyone of course). Now there is nothing.....is there a fuse, if so where? any suggestions?

I'm not looking to hook it up or anything just wanna make sure it works because before it DID!
