Bi-Xenon retrofit for SC (56k warning - lots of pics!)
First off to the moderators - I wasn't sure where to post this, but since it's particular to the SC's, I put it here. My apologies if you think it should be in the lighting forum...
Now, to the good stuff
I bought a pair of Bi-Xenon projectors, complete with D2S bulbs and ballast on eBay for $131!! I then proceeded to hack up my expensive headlights to make them fit. The first one took the better part of a week to figure everything out. The second one I did in one afternoon. Here are the pics of the process. I'll get some pics of the lights at night if it ever stops raining OK, here's the pics. First, the stock bulb housing top:

With the reflector attached. I used the Bi-Xenon projector and lens as I assumed they were designed to work with the D2S bulb. I trimmed the front "lip" of the projector to leave just some tabs for attaching to the stock housing...
