Default do ES seats fit in an SC with no modding?

The title of this thread says it all, can I fit some 99 ES seats into a 92 SC??? with no modding of course, I mean a straight swap...thanks...and yes, I searched!

I just called the damn dealer and the guy told me that he has no way to check because all the part numbers for the seats are different, he said I'd have to measure the length and width of the bolts and see for myself if they would fit, then he said that the wiring harnesses are different and that in order to get the electric components to work properly I'd have to buy harnesses and splice them in and have an expecienced electrician make sure it's done right...oh well, back to the war room again for more planning...

why would you want ES seats anyways... not a great seat for a sports coupe. I suggest you swap in supra seats or maybe new SC430 seats (even though I think the 400/300 seats hold you better than the 430 seats)

saw some I could have picked up for $200 as my stock seats are quickly turning into beef jerky. Thought it was a great deal that I couldn't pass up. Looks like now that plan is scrapped...and I couldn't find any Supra seats...

s2000 seats are nice but very pricey. Also you need to mod the brackets they are not just bolt on and go.
