For those with Stickers on SUPRA tt Calipers
Did you get the L logo for the rear supra tt caliper or the "Lexus"? I've seen people use the L on the stock calipers but not on the supra tt rear calipers. I don't know if the L will look good on the rear of the supra tt calipers. Thanks

the problem isn't getting the stickers. ted on cl has them. the thing is that the rear caliper stickers that ted have has the L instead of the full "Lexus" word. I don't know if i need 1 or 2 sets. I know on the stock calipers it would work perfectly. Not too sure about the supra tt rear calipers though.

the supra TT calipers are dual pot so one on each side. The L that Ted makes would work there since it is round. It isnt my sticker of choice, but will work. They look similar to the IS300 rears but only larger.
PS. I have a set from Ted that i wouldnt mind selling =)
in fact id like to. $15 shipped ANYWHERE in the US
silver Lexus caliper stickers.

next.. i'm going to sand down the caliper a little with some sand paper and if the "supra" wording doesn't come off i'll just paint over it. as for the sticker sticking... i'm going to apply a layer of clearcoat over the sticker after i paint it. there shouldn't be any problems with it sticking after that..

I painted my calipers with some black paint after sanding and prep. The lexus stickers look great but i decided to go a different route.
The stickers arent just any sticker. They are a high temp resistant vinyl. They should last pretty long as long as your caliper is clean before you put it on.

sounds interesting. I wonder if its more trouble than its worth. If you do go this route let us know how it turns out. Im not sure how well it would work since the caliper front has a slight curve to it. I think the best way to do it would be with the sandpaper. Just clean them with a can of brake cleaner then grind it off. Brake cleaner them again, prime, sand paint. Its not so much trouble at all. The most time consuming part is allowing the paint to dry.
