Lightbulb Or another idea...

Since push start buttons actually make you take longer to start the car since one motion is now two, how about making that volume **** a remote bass control?

For example, if you have a JL Audio amp, you can use this to remotely control your bass. Should retro nicely in the stock volume **** location:

Other manufacturers have similar ***** to go with their amps. Just an idea.

Or you can do that. Just depends on what options you have to go with your equipment.

I still like the push button start option. I know it is only a gimmick but I like it. I had a friend in Australia with a skyline that was a pushbutton start ( not factory ) and it was cool. A bit ricey but not too bad. Plus I allready have a space for my amp controls where my old cup holder used to be.
